Thomaston Upson Arts Council

The TUAC KIDS' CLUB is an after school activity for kids in fourth and fifth grades. It is sponsored by the Thomaston-Upson Arts Council (TUAC).

KIDS’ CLUB will meet once a month to explore different forms of art and to have FUN! We’ll have performers and arts activities such as pottery, music, dance, theatre and drawing.

To join, sign your child up at the TUAC office (next to the Ritz Theatre) on the Square. The fee is $15.00. Scholarships are available. We ask that you please sign up quickly, since enrollment is limited to the first 30 kids
who register.
 
We will meet after school in the cafeteria at Upson-Lee North (snacks will be provided). Meetings are usually held on the second Thursday of each month,  depending on the schedule of our guest artists. You will receive a card each month informing you of the date and the activity or guest artist.

We know that even one special experience in the arts might encourage a child to reach for a dream or to pursue a special talent, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to expose your kids to the arts in a FUN environment.

Special Note: Pickup must be promptly at 4:30. We use the cafeteria and classrooms with the gracious permission of ULNE and school personnel must stay until every child has been picked up.
